This room was made in April 2017.
Bathroom , kitchen , ceiling ,wall etc everything is brand new and also tatami(straw mats) is brand new!
And there are brand new TV, washing machine , dryer , table , chairs , air-conditioner ,
fridge , induction cooker , microwave , hair dryer.
There is no need to bring shampoo, conditioner , body soap, bath towel because we’ve got everything for you!
Access is really convenient.
You can get here from Kansai Airport in about an hour, and in about 20 min from Shin-Osaka. The closest subway station is 5 min on foot. You can walk to Shinsaibashi, Dotombori, Namba, and Kuromon easily in about 10 min. Located right in the heart of Osaka, there is convenient access to USJ (35 min), Kyoto / Nara (55 min), and Kobe (50 min).
It is safe.
The Fire Station is on the same street, on alert 24 hours a day, so the area is safe even in the middle of the night.
